This Privacy Policy explains how Top Talent Management Group ("TopTalent", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use TopTalent LIVE DRAFT™ and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to candidates, recruiters, evaluators, administrators, and visitors.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email, password (stored hashed), role, and profile photo.
- Candidate materials: employment history, narratives, recorded video evaluations, supporting documents, and any information you submit during the Executive Combine.
- Recruiter briefs: company, role to hire, timeline, compensation range, and notes you submit through the brief form.
- Communications: emails, magic-link requests, password resets, and other messages exchanged with us.
Information collected automatically
- Session and device data: IP address, user agent, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and referring URLs.

Information from evaluators and third parties
Trained evaluators produce PRILY™ scores, tier placements, and written assessments based on materials you submit. We may also receive information from authentication providers and email-delivery vendors strictly for the purpose of operating the Services.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and operate your account and authenticate sessions;
- To produce, store, and present PRILY™ evaluations and rankings;
- To match candidates with recruiter briefs and to facilitate qualified introductions;
- To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, brief notifications);
- To improve the Services, our methodology, and our editorial operations;
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Share Information
The Services are designed to surface candidate profiles to qualified recruiters. We share information as follows:
- With recruiters: candidate names, evaluations, rankings, and supporting materials are made available to qualified recruiters consistent with your role and account settings.
- With evaluators and administrators: as required to operate the Combine, score candidates, and respond to recruiter briefs.
- With service providers: vendors that host infrastructure, send email, store backups, or process payments, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- In a corporate transaction: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to reasonable confidentiality.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and operate the Services. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may degrade some features (for example, staying signed in across visits).
5. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, password hashing, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Recruiter briefs are retained as a record of business activity. You may request deletion as described below.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@toptalent.example. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect cross-border transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or through the Services). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
